Snow tire installation I came in for a booked installation of new snow tires--booked a week prior. After more than an hour of waiting I was told my tires were not on the pre I came in for a booked installation of new snow tires--booked a week prior. After more than an hour of waiting I was told my tires were not on the premises--still at the warehouse. The staff redeemed themselves by getting me a rental car so I could go and do a number of errands. The job was finished by 2 pm, and I came back (was not far away) and got my car. They were helpful and accommodating. Hope there are no problems in the future. More
