He did not put unnecessary pressure for us to make our final decision. On future visits to the dealership Erick always came to see us and ask us if we were still satisfied with our Outback. Richard Munt provided us with all the information we needed; we returned a few weeks later for a test drive. We did not return to purchase the vehicle until a month following the test drive. At no point did Richard apply any sales pressure and he was professional throughout the process. The Subaru does sell itself and Richard does an excellent job explaining the features and answering questions. More
