My service advisor, Jennifer Peaker, sat with me to discuss the issues I was having with my vehicle and came up with an in depth plan of action. Not only explaining what should be done, but also why and how they would correct my vehicles issues. She never made me feel like I was being rushed or up-sold on anything. As a woman who doesn't know very much about cars, I was often reliant on other peoples advice or turning to the internet to try to compare prices, but they put me at ease with their knowledge of service and didn't leave me feeling as though I had been ripped off.
