Booked an appointment for 10:00 a.m. for service and was taken right away. The oil change was completed and the car was washed, as usual. I first visit the dealership for service on my 2010 equinox.which I purchased from Leggert in Burlington Ontario on November 2012 I I was under the inpression since the sale person was driving the equi equinox.which I purchased from Leggert in Burlington Ontario on November 2012 I I was under the inpression since the sale person was driving the equinox it was a demmo. and the vichele was well taken care of. After having many engine problems I discover from Budds Chev. who had to go and rebuild many parts that the Equinox was had alot of engine problems and may continue. I telling you tjhis because I am not please with the way thiis Equuinoq was sold to me. Have said all of that We lease a GMC Acadia due to the facf of the good service we got. I would not let this one experience stop me from returning, because I have always had good service, but I was a little disappointed with the attitude I received from the Service Clerk this time. On the way out I ran into Shane the mechanic who had worked on my vehicle about a month earlier and he was, as usual, very nice. I let him know of my disappointment and he advised me to see him next time if I needed assistance with what I had discussed with Caitlin, which I will do. I do not need to go to the dealership for service, but felt it was convenient, not cheap by any means, but I do expect good customer service. I have been in the customer service fied, most of my career and do not feel the attitude was warranted. More
