Stellar service. I have a Dodge Durango with a certified pre-owned GM warranty. Car would not start. Had towed to Budds. Juan Orozco handled my case. First showing concern for cost, suggesting not to run a diagnostic until checking whether open recalls were the issue, including speaking with friends in the industry. Juan gave me regular updates. Then worked with several Dodge dealerships/service to find backed up recall part. Juan personally took my car to be serviced near his home, having a friend drive him back to work. Juan is a class act and very efficient. I was very impressed with Juan/Budds service. More

At Budds', Mr Watt at the parts dept was able to get the correct parts for the car and Mr.Trenn,service adv. and Glen,mechanic, in the service dept. were able to get the parts installed. As I said this may sound simple but with a 46 year old car I have been told that the numbers are outdated (true) ,end of search. Budds' took time to cross reference and source the parts. Often finding someone familiar with working on a car this age can be hit and miss but there seems to be more than one willing and able to do it at this dealership. More

Great facility, great staff, very impressive This was my first visit to Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. When you have a new C7 Corvette due for service you need knowledgeable, competent and helpful This was my first visit to Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. When you have a new C7 Corvette due for service you need knowledgeable, competent and helpful staff who are passionate about cars and eager to provide a high level of customer service. All of this I found at Budd's. This is the most impressive GM dealer I have been to in quite a long time. With the level of technology in today's cars it is essential for an owner to have a high level of confidence in the dealer. I left feeling very reassured! More

I had asked for three days if they could book me in. Their answer was NO. We are booking at a later date. Budds who only knew me from my previous GM vehicle, not my current one, offered to help out a.s.a.p. The Budds staff, have raised the bar in dealership customer satisfaction. Starting with Kim Irving booking my vehicle in via telephone, then Juan Ozorco, Tech # 126 ( I did not get his name) and Jenn Parker. The other dealership can only hope to attain this level, but I will never know because I am now a Budds customer from this day onward. Thanks to the Budds Service Team. More

Unorthodox placement of custom water/meth electronics was no problem either re: Automatic transmission 'Drain and Fill'. Friendly and competent. More

Although I purchased my Cadillac XTS4 from another dealer where I had a business, the service that I received from Budd's has always been Excellent. I am usually looked after by Jason Corrigan and I am most impressed by his willingness to assist me at all times. I make my appointment and I am looked after in a timely and courteous manner. I did purchase a Buick Regal from Budd's some years ago and the service was very good then as it is now. I had no hesitation in recommending Budd's to my sons and one of them is now driving one of Budd's Range Rover. Keep up the good work. Ron Rochon More
