Caitlin ROCKS! Kim is AWESOME! Caitlin is the definition of excellent customer service. And it doesn't matter if we are there for an oil change or, like more recently, a new transmi Caitlin is the definition of excellent customer service. And it doesn't matter if we are there for an oil change or, like more recently, a new transmission. She treats you and the situation with such professionalism. Caitlin will make you feel like you are the only client she is dealing with and is true to her word. We can not express enough how much we appreciated the service we received from Caitlin when we came in recently for a new transmission. She made the whole situation less daunting and did everything to make the outcome so smooth and less painful. Thank you so much Caitlin for your extraordinary work ethic. We are always welcomed with such friendliness at the desk by Kim. She is funny and approachable. Both her and Caitlin walked me out to my vehicle and helped me remove items from a rental I had, into my vehicle and told me to not worry about a thing. They stood there and made sure I had all I needed and that I got on my way safely. The car was brought in for a new transmission, not a very happy moment, however, my husband and I had smiles on our faces and we were happy! THANK YOU! More

Jim Treen in service ensured I had all the details of what was required, options, etc., made sure I had rides to and from the dealership, separately booked and delivered my car to an alternate service outfit for Ontario drive clean, and met more than my expectations in terms of keeping me informed of progress, setting out a timetable for work, etc. I left with every confidence that I had received all the appropriate services and that the professional mechanics had done everything to ensure I had a fully operational vehicle running as good as the day I bought it almost 7 years ago. Quick, courteous, professional. Needed annual rust protection check and Rear tires TPM were intermittently giving false readings. Called Budd's for appointment, Sarah got me into the shop within the hour. Arrived, service doors opened automatically and was greeted by Sean D. who quickly understood my issues and got to work. Within a reasonable time, everything was repaired. Rust treatment was updated, and new TPM sensors installed, tires re- balanced and car was nice & clean. Service department runs smoothly with Shane and I'm very happy I bought my Cruze at Budd's. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Upfront and honest We are a die hard GM family and where cautious when it came to car dealerships, but after getting our SRX serviced at Budd's and dealing with Jason Co We are a die hard GM family and where cautious when it came to car dealerships, but after getting our SRX serviced at Budd's and dealing with Jason Corrigan we even starting taking the Silverado to him. He never pushes you to do unnecessary maintenance, but he tells you honestly if it can wait or a safety issue and we can count on his expertise. Thanks Jason for keeping the vehicles in top running form.!! More

Unbelievable service and quality I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for a few issues another dealer stated they fixed only to find that they screwed up, but Jason from Budd's was amazi I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for a few issues another dealer stated they fixed only to find that they screwed up, but Jason from Budd's was amazing in finding and repairing all of my concerns. I would recommend Budd's to anyone that wants to be treated properly and have your repairs completed properly even treating the customer with care. The rest of the staff and including the mechanical staff were 5 out of 5 star. Kim was excellent in getting a rental car which was also a top quality rental. More
Happy I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I went to Budds' with my problem and Juan Orozco my service guy (I really mean my service guy when I had a major problem with my vehicle overheating. I went to Budds' with my problem and Juan Orozco my service guy (I really mean my service guy when it comes to my Equinox} There were major problems with my vehicle and it took some time to discover the problem. I was totally impressed with Juan's manager (Shane) who got directly involved and I even got to talk to my mechanic (Kerry) about my problem.END result -- problem resolved! I have been a 40 yr GM customer and with treatment like I received today I hope to be another 40 yr customer . Kevin Neville More
