Best Customer Service!!!!!!! I honestly don't know where to begin. My 2011 Chevy Cruz was giving me many different problems since January 2017, I think between January 2017 and A I honestly don't know where to begin. My 2011 Chevy Cruz was giving me many different problems since January 2017, I think between January 2017 and April 2017 I must have visited Budd's no less than 8-10 times. I honestly wanted to trade my car in because it was so frustrating and bad. My visits ranged from 30 minute visits to leaving it over night, sometimes 2 nights, to waiting 5 hours.(I was offered lunch during this long visit) I was there so often over such a short period of time everyone that saw me would say, You're back again! Prior to this I didn't have any problems. First I needed a new battery, then a new alternator. The staff where great. Then my car started to leak oil in my garage. I would take it in- nothing. It also had a burning smell. It would start to leak a few days later. I took it in again. Etc. Every time they thought they fixed it, a few days later it would smell and leak again. Finally they fixed the problem- at no charge. But then my car started leaking another type of liquid. I called Shane and he called me back after hours, from his cell phone. He asked me to send him a picture, this type of service is unheard of in this day and age. I sent him a picture- took my car in again. Long story but important. Finally everything was fixed and my car has been great ever since. They even did a free oil change during one of the times it was in the shop. The customer service I received is unexplainable. Everyone was great but whatever you're paying Shane McGinnis- triple it. He kept me sane, he kept me from tears, he didn't charge me for all these visits, he was patient, always kind, always made me feel important and through all this he always had the biggest smile. thank you Budd's but most of all Shane. I honestly think if it wasn't for Shane I would have taken my car somewhere else. More
Exceeded Expectations!! Purchased my vehicle about 1 year ago (from Budds) and have had my Silverado in for service a few times for oil changes etc. Unfortunately found water Purchased my vehicle about 1 year ago (from Budds) and have had my Silverado in for service a few times for oil changes etc. Unfortunately found water leaking from the inside of my truck on Thursday Night. Following a night of heavy rain, called the dealership at the earliest opportunity Friday. After a short conversation with Kim she told me to bring in right away. (It was nice to see what was that she was as anxious to get me in for service as I was) Met Sean in Service who set me up for oil change and throttle body maintenance at same time. Thru the course of the day was called by Sean, Jim and (Shuttle Driver). All discussions were very brief and professional and always kept informed of findings/costs etc. (leak ended up being from antenna assembly) Met Shane Macginnis (Service Manager) when picking up my vehicle, which gave me a perfect opportunity to express my thoughts on his Dept. I know that taking your vehicle in for service is normally just as exciting as a visit to Dentist, but knowing that the staff care as much about your vehicle as you do will Keep Me Coming Back to Budds......... Great Job Guys!!!!! More

Great Service & Understanding I had just bought what was to be a dream car toy from another Chevrolet Dealer. You work hard your whole life, saving for such a dream toy... then it I had just bought what was to be a dream car toy from another Chevrolet Dealer. You work hard your whole life, saving for such a dream toy... then it turns into a nightmare. Sean has been very helpful and understanding as has his mechanic Keith. We are not quite finished with things yet but they certainly have helped calm some of the stress involved with the needed repairs. Which are proceeding in an orderly professional manner. There is not a section for service technicians so I mentioned Kieth their Corvette tech here. He has been great. I also work on cars and boats and know a good tech when I see one. Thank you guys. I'm sure with your help we will get this all sorted. More

I visit this dealership for regular service oil changes as I was referred by a friend that does own a Chevy and has nothing but positive things to say about the service. I work in the sales industry and I've dealt with three different service members on three different visits. People at the service department are friendly and straight to the point (They don't waste my time with sales tactics). The price for the oil change service is good; the basic inspection and feedback provided is accurate unlike many other places that attempt to up sell you on every single visit. You can have trust that you oil change is actually performed and with the choice of oil that you've selected and that the staff are happy to accommodate small simple requests. On my last visit one of the bolts on my door strap was lose and they performed the tightening of the bolts without charging me. I appreciate the complimentary car wash on pick-up and am am happy to see the same team members around facility; indicating to me that the dealership is well run as turn over may be low as people are happy to work here. Overall a great experience; especially relative to most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. More
