Shane Maginnis Shane is my go to person. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes time and care when we come in. We have bought and brought all our vehicles Shane is my go to person. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes time and care when we come in. We have bought and brought all our vehicles to Shane for maintenance and servicing over the years and I trust him. Our last visit with Shane regarding our GMC Acadia 2017 was 2 weeks ago. He does a great job. He always gets back to me when I have questions and always provides the best information when it comes to maintaining my vehicles Shane has always accommodated my son's schedule which is very important given that time is so limited for us to get things done. Shane gives you the feeling you are important and goes above and beyond to take care of us. He understands our family's needs. He is a pleasure to work with. His service department is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Your staff are the best representation of you. You can see by Shane's staff what a fantastic Service Manager is at the helm. We look forward to working with you Shane on our Yukon Denali 2018. More

Paid for a job not done I left my car with Budds for what turned out to be a pretty routine repair. A water leak into the cabin. Apparently this work is outsourced to techs who travels between dealerships. Budds however didn't do a quality check on the work. I got a call to pickup my car the next day. Paid in full and when they pulled my car around, the headliner wasn't fastened to the roof.and foam and insulation was spewing out of the A pillar. They had to keep my car for the morning to get it back together. Yes, I appreciated that they drove me home and then dropped the car off for me at home when the work was finally done, but it seems to me that a simple quality check would have found obvious signs of a job not done. This worries me for future repairs where signs of incomplete work may not be as noticeable until further damage occurs, which could have been avoided. More

As to follow up service I had purchased a new cell phone last week and given my dinosaur like understanding of technology couldn't pair it up with the vehicle. A quick call to Cameron to set up an appointment and within minutes he has it all up and running. Cameron makes you feel important and is an asset to the Budds name. More

I can say that I've had bad experiences at other Chevrolet dealerships in and around the GTHA that I would dread the thought and almost have panic attacks when needing to have my vehicle serviced. I did a lot of internet research and found Budds` Chevrolet was rated #1. Accordingly, I make the hour commute or more to Budds` Chevrolet because its the best. Actually, the Manager of the service department, Shane Maginins is the best, he's been phenomenal. Its' taken me awhile to finally trust again after horrendous experiences at other dealerships and that's because of the high quality/caliber of work that's been done on my SUV. Everything is explained to me and everything is taken care of right down to the small details. I no longer get sick to my stomach or worry when I take my vehicle in for service. I will stay loyal to Budds`and to the Chevrolet/Cadillac brand as long as Shane Maginins is there. More
I was disappointed but am now satisfied. I went in for routine service and tire rotation. I was being pushed for brake service and I declined. I agreed to wiper blades but was shocked to learn the wipers were almost $80.00 plus tax. This was my first bad experience with Budd's. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My selling dealer is not so far away. I am disappointed with this experience. It is too bad as I have been treated well in the past. I received a call from the service manager Shane Maginnis the next morning after submitting my review. As a result of the conversation I am now satisfied this matter has been resolved. I trust the review I wrote has been taken to heart and this situation wont happen again. His apology on behalf of Budd's was sincere and I am willing to give them another chance. I have had many good experiences with this dealer ship and I do believe they deserve another chance. More
