I had a noon appointment for a simple tire change. I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. At 4 pm after waiting for 4 hours, my vehicle was returned with a broken off automatic trans I had to wait for 4 hours without any explanation given. At 4 pm after waiting for 4 hours, my vehicle was returned with a broken off automatic transmission shifter!!! More

I purchased my first Chevrolet Malibu from Budd's in 2005 and my second in 2013 and I have been going to Budd's Chevrolet for service since 2005. Shane is always an example of excellent customer service. As a female who doesn't know much about cars I am always intimidated bringing my car in for service. Shane always greets me with a smile and ensures that I understand what needs to be done for the service. I brought my car in this past Sat morning since an overheating message had come on but unfortunately they didn't have any appointments available. I was stressed since I needed to get groceries for my parents and visit my daughter on the weekend and they didn't think any car rentals would be available. Shane came out and looked at the car and tested it and assured me that my car was not overheating and there was just an issue with the message coming on. He told me that I could drive the car and then bring it back on Monday and they would figure out the issue. The car was fine on the weekend and then on Monday they took the time to resolve the issue (even calling GM to confirm). I am so impressed with the amazing customer service. Thank you Shane! More
