Satisfaction is NOT Guaranteed ! Despite having a written guarantee sitting in the salesperson's office about how if within 30 days or a certain # of km if you find the car doesn't ! Despite having a written guarantee sitting in the salesperson's office about how if within 30 days or a certain # of km if you find the car doesn't suit you, there is a no hassle guarantee. They refused to honour it when I bought a one year old used car from them and had THREE things go wrong in 24 hours. They said the only way they would honour it is if something so major went wrong that it couldn't even be fixed. 3 issues in 24 hours seems like a reasonable reason to return the car and exchange it for something else, so clearly that 'guarantee' is just to lure you into a false sense of security. Or are they taking advantage of a woman who came in to buy on her own??? Either way, it is beyond belief that they try and promote themselves as being pro-customer service. More

I'm a serious car guy and Tom was extremely helpful in guiding me through the various options that we added to the truck; pointing out all of the available options and accessories, researching my many questions and providing guidance along the way. Tom was very thorough and even took me down to the parts department to review the accessories directly with Mannick, so I was confident that the truck would be well planned and co-ordinated.
