Absolutely fantastic!!!! I went to Budds looking for a car to making my daily commute to Toronto more comfortable and affordable. My online search, my time in the show room an I went to Budds looking for a car to making my daily commute to Toronto more comfortable and affordable. My online search, my time in the show room and my test drive all could not of gone better. Any questions I had Tom was immediately there to make sure I had answers. With my work schedule it wasn’t exactly easy to get into the show room before 5pm. It was very convenient knowing that Budds was open after 5pm. It was exceptional customer service, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze, Tom treated me as if I was buying a 2019 Cadillac. He stayed late, he got me coffee (I know that’s common) but the coffee was actually good. (Not so common). If I had to rate my experience it would be 10-10 I couldn’t of expected anything better then what I got. Oh and shout out to Bounsay Osylaphet, if you find car financials confusing and stressful, you have to go see this man. Not only is he 100% amazing at his job he is going to make sure your comfortable and understand everything that you need and want to understand. Tom and Bounsay made the experience!! Thanks guys.
