I picked up my new car two days later, and she was on time and ready for our appointment. I returned to see Basil Silas wh This is my second Cadillac from Budds’ Chev Cadillac in Oakville. All car dealers should take a few tips from Budds’. I returned to see Basil Silas who was the same salesperson that sold me my first Cadillac. Unlike other dealers who have an extraordinary turnover rate, Budds’ does not which is a good sign for a dealership, or any company for that matter. Anyway, Basil is very knowledgeable on the Cadillac brand, explained every detail to me about my new car as well as well as setting up my OnStar service with me. He even insisted on pairing my cell phone to my car for what he said were safety reasons. Covered everything from A-Z. I would also like to give praise to Rob Powell as well as Shane Maginnis for their excellent service too! One last person I would like to give praise is the Cadillac concierge, Juan Orozco. Juan is a main reason why I purchased my second Cadillac at Budds’. To the owners at Budds’: please look after Juan because he is your most prized asset there.
