Is there a specific issue i can address? I see your 1995 Camaro has 181000 kms on it and that you have visited us twice in 2 years for an oil change. What can I do to make your next visit better? My biggest issue with your dealership was when it was Kerr Cadilac. They changed a water pump and broke the pipe coming off the top of the water pump. It broke when I was in Peterborough and I was told I had to get the car back myself before anything could be done. When you deal with an organization affiliated with a company like GM you expect better support. The second water pump also later failed causing me a blown head gasket. Recently I visited your dealership for service. Part of which was to order windshield wiper blades. A month later I called in to see why they had not come in only to be told the service advisor had ordered the wrong part. The one ordered had been replaced. That wasted a month on what I consider a safety related part. When I did come in to get it replaced it took over an hour for your folks to handle a 5 minute job (replacing the wiper) in spite of the fact I arranged for when to come in. Even oil changes in your quick lube take an uncompetitively long time. All in all I have been thoroughly unimpressed with the service from your dealership and won't be back. I can only hope you can improve to serve other customers better.

OK, thanks again. I appreciate the fact that Kerr made some mistakes, we run into this type of complaint from time to time. We now have a new service manager, Parts manager, and shop foreman. While we strive to be perfect we arent always, and a great way to improve is through acting on customer input. To that end i once again thank you for that.
