On delivery of the vehicle, Beverly had the car set up with features that I wanted ready to go. Beverly took the time to have the radio set up with my favourite radio stations, she had the lights interior and exterior set up the way I had told her I liked them set. She made it comfortable for me. She set up my On-Star for me and helped me purchase my On-star telephone minutes. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Other sales reps and the dealership could learn a lot from her customer service skills. She could have a program training others to be as courteous and as observant as she is so that people could learn what the customer is really looking for in a vehicle and how to make that final sale and hand over of the new vehicle keys to the customer, more enjoyable.
