Ernest was very helpful over several visits. My first inquiries dtermined that the CTS I was looking for was just out of my price range. We came in to Budd's to check out the GMC Acadia. Even though it was pouring rain, and we had our two young children running amuck, Earnest was very accomodating. He then walk both my wife and I seperatly though the vehicle. Afterward he priced the vehicle for us with several different options. We then left Budd's. We were happy with the service, but we wern't sure if we wanted to make the purchase. To tell you the truth, our lives got busy, and we stopped looking at buying a new vehicle. Earnest followed up a few weeks later, letting us know that he had gotten a few new Acadia's in stock, and asked if we wanted to test drive the Denali model. And our interest were sparked again. My wife went in to see the car - then took an extended test drive, showing up at home with the vehicle. Giving me a chance to test drive the car while she entertained the kids. Buying a car, when you have 2 kids is very difficult. I returned the car to Budd's - then discussed price with Earnest. Again, Earnest was very accomodating, and negotiation was not a stressful, pressure filled experience that I've had in the past with other dealers. It was a pleasure, and we both walked away happy. Earnest kept updated weekly on the progress of our vehicle being built, advised us that better finance and service deals had become avaialble and addressed any questions I had. The car was completed several weeks early! Once the car arrived, Earnest walked us through the bell's and whistles. And even followed up 2 times after we had the car, to make sure everything has been great. - which it has. Thanks Earnest - and Thanks Budd's. More

Since we had a very good experience t Earlier this year my wife and I purchased a vehicle at Budd’s. This was our second time dealing with Budd’s. Since we had a very good experience the first time around, this is why we went back a second time. Although have I dealt with other dealers and salesman over the years and had no issues, Kerig was the first to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Starting when we first met Kerig, there were two vehicles we were interested in. With one of them we weren’t sure if it would fit our family needs. So Kerig offered for us to take one home overnight to try out. As it turned out it did meet our needs and with the help of Kerig and Craig they were able to make it fit our budget as well. We ended up buying that model. A few days after taking delivery we noticed a problem. After taking it in for service the second time during the first week I received a call from Peter in service. Without me saying anything Budd’s had decided to take that vehicle back and order in another one. They gave us a courtesy vehicle while we waited for the new vehicle to arrive. That is excellent customer service from the staff right up to management. Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name, nonetheless they all deserve a big thank you. All the while Kerig stayed involved throughout the whole process which is to be commended. If you’re looking for a used or new vehicle definitely go into Budd’s and ask for Kerig. I first learned about the sale of the Lucerne I purchased from the Internet whilst I was investigating other sources. I phoned Budds to ask a few questions which were adequately answered by Kerig who invited from the Internet whilst I was investigating other sources. I phoned Budds to ask a few questions which were adequately answered by Kerig who invited us to come in. In the meantime the lady on the front desk telephone me later asking if I had thought about coming in, and saying that the price as advertised could possibly be adjusted downwards by giving me the sales discount that had been applied in May. This prompted me to make an appointment with Kerig. Kerig was most helpful, and ran through all the details concerning the vehicle I had in mind, including the warranty and maintenance matters. Gio apppeared to round off the discussion by again talking about the vehicle I had in mind, and having already looked at my trade in vehicle, presented a Purchase Agreement giving the final costs including all deductions. I found this most satisfactory and agreed to purchase the Lucerne 2010. When I picked up the vehicle, Kerig took me to the maintenance shop and introduced me to the Maintanance Manager, and gave me a walk through the maintanance shop. He then came into the vehicle with my wife and I, and explained all the features, and set us up with On Star. We were told that we would be contaced in one week just to ensure that all was well. Overall it was a most satisfactory experience and the people we dealt with handled everything in a most professional manner. More
