The Sales Rep was very helpful and was understanding of my budget. He had wonderful customer service. However the service area did not know anything about my 2 appoinments prior to buying my new car and ge my budget. He had wonderful customer service. Ernest did an excellent job and Bounsay was helpful, but teh rest of the team I delt with didn't know what was going on or why I was there, including sitting and waiting in the front area for 30 mins before someone found out that my apt I had was with someone who wasn't in that day.
