I would not let this one experience stop me from returning, because I have always had good service, but I was a little disappointed with the attitude I received from the Service Clerk this time. On the way out I ran into Shane the mechanic who had worked on my vehicle about a month earlier and he was, as usual, very nice. I let him know of my disappointment and he advised me to see him next time if I needed assistance with what I had discussed with Caitlin, which I will do. I do not need to go to the dealership for service, but felt it was convenient, not cheap by any means, but I do expect good customer service. I have been in the customer service fied, most of my career and do not feel the attitude was warranted. More

There was no line-up at the service counter. Their courtesy driver took me where I had to go. They called as promised with a price and recommendation for the service needed.
