A couple of days later on our appointment both Basil and his sales manager gave me the feeling while reviewing my trade in and settling on the final numbers that they appreciated my business and didn't spare on any effort to get it. On the delivery day the car was spotless and Basil took time to explain me the features of this Cruze LT and help me set up the bluetooth connection to my cell.
