Needless to say I let him know that I was in the "looking" stage and not once did he ever pressure me to buy finance or lease, even though chances were he knew most likely he wouldn't see me again. To make a long story short a couple of days later he called me with a vehicle and a price that was hard to say no too! And again no hard tatic's sale pressure, suffice to say we set up a test drive for the following day and I agreeded to purchase after the drive test, From the first day I dealt with him to the day I drove away in my new vehicle was a very pleasant experience all due to Chris...As I've said before he is friendly, informative and very professional and quite accomodating to your needs...I would highly recommend you ask for him if intending to buy a vehicle at this dealership. She has facilitated all paper work and documents needed to get the vehicle registered and went over all the functions of the buttons and the screen displays to make sure I familiarize myself with the proper use and get the most out of the vehicle. This was the first car I have ever bought brand new, and as such I was a bit nervous going into a dealership (worried I might have to meet with the typical 'pushy' salesman). I am so glad that I got to work with Kathryn, as she was so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable right from the get go. Kathryn went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, and not only showed me different models of the Cruze but actually priced out numerous cars (with different specifications, upgrades etc.). She was very easy going and helped me to find a car that was exactly what I was looking for but ALSO within my budget. Bounsay Osylaphet also helped me with financing my purchase, and provided excellent customer service as well. He was very knowledgable and helped me choose the right warranty package given my budget constraints. I am still very happy with my purchase and the great customer service I received at Budd's Chevrolet dealership. I definitely hope to make additional purchases with this dealership a few years down the road as they know the importance of good service and really do value their customers.
