My own car called it quits after 18 years and looking for its replacement seemed to be a worrisome impossibility. I did visit dealerships. I did check out and did test drive some vehicles. Bill explained the GM warranty and pre owned warranty. I was very confident in his presentation that I did purchase the car on the spot. Upon delivery of the car the week later all the paper work was ready and he was quite thorough in explaining the forms. My wife was impressed with the explanation Bill went through with her on the different options and use in the vehicle. I also meet Shane Maginnis the Technical Team Supervisor on the delivery day who was very knowledgeable and took care of a small issue on the car while we completed the paper work. Shane gave me his card and told me if I have any issues with the car to call him personally on his cell.
