Engine Light on..panic time I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in under urgent service as my engine light came on and my car was pulsating back and forth. I called Budds and Juan answere I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in under urgent service as my engine light came on and my car was pulsating back and forth. I called Budds and Juan answered the phone and told me they were open until 5 30 so I had an hour before they close to look into the problem. I was assured it didn't matter about the time they would make sure to take care of me. They hooked up diagnostic right away..addressed the problem and we're prepared to fix the issue. As a bonus it was covered under power train warranty. The part I needed was in stock and a service rep was on hand to repair. Reliability, preparedness convenience and professionalism is what this dealership demonstrates. I will never take my car anywhere. Also Jaun's manager was overseeing everything and even took the time to explain what work was needed and why. Surprised even at the end that they had run my car through the car wash. Can't say enough about my experience. Thanks again BUDDY Chevrolet!!! More

My first almost new car. I warmly welcomed by staff, and shown to customer lounge. I was early for my apt, but didn't have to wait very long for Farid. I ended up purchasing a different car than the one I made the apt to see. My experience on the first floor was pleasant. However on the second floor with the Finance and Insurance manager wasn't as. I was not financing and was not in the market for any extras. I still have the balance of the remaining warranty, and free oil changes. I don't think he was happy that I made these decisions. Over all I returned a few days later to pick up my new to me car. I was a tad unhappy that it wasn't detailed when I picked it up. It was full of gas and had been washed. Due to it being a previous rental it has some scratches and chips that I would have apreciated them to either have touched up/buffed out or include a touch up paint sample. More
