David was really knowledgeable during the test drive and proved that we had made the right choice for a dealership this time. Kathryn was very quick to respond (when we were ghosted at another dealership). When the unit that we wanted was sold, she was able to find another vehicle that matched exactly via a dealer trade the same day. That got our business and made a really positive impression.
