Awful service The service is terrible. The last two times I booked an oil change and ended up waiting for 2 hours and had a toddler with me. 2 hours for an oil ch The service is terrible. The last two times I booked an oil change and ended up waiting for 2 hours and had a toddler with me. 2 hours for an oil change and nobody even came out to explain or apologize for the wait. This was booked several days ahead too and should only take 15-20 minutes. Been waiting for them to call us when they have parts for recalls on our vehicle and seems they forgot. Had issues with warranty work too...there has been issues that were not fixed properly and remain an issue now that warranty is over. More
