Excellent Customer Service / Friendly Dealer Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly hello and how can I help you. The Service Rep was professional & friendly. He had the paperwork ready an Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly hello and how can I help you. The Service Rep was professional & friendly. He had the paperwork ready and he explained the repair and estimated time when it would be ready. Upon letting him know that I would wait he let me know that I could wait in the customer seating area and relax, have a coffee and I would be informed when it was ready. On time, I was called to the service desk. Greeted upon arrival, paperwork done keys in hand and car parked just outside the door. Before leaving I was thanked for doing business with Summit Hyundai. I head to my car open my door and I go Wow to my surprise the front floor mats have been washed & the doors, dash and front seat area was L00KING SOME NICE.
