Awesome customer service! After finding parts of a broken spring, I dropped into my local dealer to see what they could do. Within minutes the service advisor, George, had my c After finding parts of a broken spring, I dropped into my local dealer to see what they could do. Within minutes the service advisor, George, had my car in the shop and a loaner vehicle for me to use. As George said "You can't drive it like that, it could cause more damage!". Unsure about warranty coverage since I have 156K on my 2012 Elantra, the dealer had replaced the spring at no cost to me and I had my car back the very next morning. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and service. Summit Hyundai have always put my needs first and this was just one more example of making sure I had worry free driving. Thank you for your professionalism and commitment to your customers! More

Prices The price of service is to high making it impossible to keep there warranty and afford to survive. When a car is sold you should not be able to jack the price up like you did. There was nothing sent out stating it was going up either. $400 for type 4 service is xxxxxxxx and this is not parts. This is my 2 week pay check. My car tires the air was all low and my tire rotation I had to pay for it. Pino did make up for this. Thank you Pino More
