24000 km check-up When I called to make an appointment for servicing I talked with Sam. At that time I asked about the VIP card perks and he explained everything to me. When I called to make an appointment for servicing I talked with Sam. At that time I asked about the VIP card perks and he explained everything to me.Also what would be done at the time of the servicing.At the servicing date Mike was ever so helpful asking questions and giving answers.Oh yes and the discounts.Also the schuttle driver dropped us off where we needed to go and picked us up in another location. DRoss I had the 24000 km servicing today. Mike went over the work to be done and advised me the appointment would be approximately 2.5 hrs wait. He explain I had the 24000 km servicing today. Mike went over the work to be done and advised me the appointment would be approximately 2.5 hrs wait. He explained the shuttle could drop me somewhere else to wait as it would be quite a while (I had my 3 year old grandson with me) and Mike was concerned that he may be bored hanging around for that length of time. The service was completed in just under 2 hrs. Mike then went over the paperwork to let me know what all had been completed and that everything with my vehicle was good to go! I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by the Summit Hyundai staff today! More
