STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - Highly unprofessional I was interested and excited to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Financial rep tried to squeeze in 5000$ of unwanted extras. Delayed me 4 days I was interested and excited to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Financial rep tried to squeeze in 5000$ of unwanted extras. Delayed me 4 days because of her schedule. They wouldn't transfer the file to another agent available on my schedule. The car was suddenly not there when I managed to align my time with hers. Finally got another agent but was told that I needed to wait until next week because they forgot to mention a required document 4 days ago. When I asked for the manager to complain about the poor service, he insults me by saying word for word that the problem is my "xxxx credit" (620 score) and not the agent who failed to do her job in a timely manner. I'm the client giving them 15,000$ and they expect me to purchase by their schedule. Then immediately insulted me when I complained. More
Verry bad service How to explain the poor service of Brossard Hyundai I bought a 2011 Sonata user Dealers thinking I would have a good car and saw that it was from a H How to explain the poor service of Brossard Hyundai I bought a 2011 Sonata user Dealers thinking I would have a good car and saw that it was from a Hyundai dealer was going to be inspected but oh no they even reminders of the vehicle that they have not done before delivering it to me. Besides following recall I transmission trouble, it slips when it changes the 3em has 4em but they want to do I pay check even if it started after they did what is says reminder is supposed to fix the problem that I had not before. I leave my car overnight so they make a checks starting in the morning because they have a test that must be done cold, they call me during the day to tell me that the sense has no problem but I have to do a flush of transmission oil worth $ 150 and I can do it right now or make an appointment for later, so I take an appointment for some days after my pay . when I go to look for my car asked me $ 100 for the diagnosis which is compensated by against it did not notify me of this charge, I left my car at their request because in my last appointment they could not check the sensible because the car must be cold. But when I asked for an explanation on the fees they told me that if I would have immediately flush was $ 150 I would not have had to pay the $ 100 that if we would have told me over the phone, and 50 $ more I would have to flush at this time. I explain everything to the service manager and told him that I had never given authorization to charge me a fee for it was only checks after a repair that was causing the problem. The service manager decides to leave me out of his office saying he did not want to see me at Brossard Hyundai Very disappointed received Garage rating service. I was in another garage make my flush and the problem still exists but now I can not go back to my vehicle even if it is under warranty. More
I own a 5 year old Santa Fe LTD, and my shifter had trouble getting into gear, I had to force it into Park, neutral, reverse, drive. That started one day after going through knee deep water in the stre trouble getting into gear, I had to force it into Park, neutral, reverse, drive. That started one day after going through knee deep water in the street (flash flood in the city). Once it was in Drive, it would drive normally, and seamlessly shift from one gear to another. Brought it in for a checkup at the dealership, and they serviced the truck the next morning. Quick and efficient. I get a call 30 minutes after they're open for business, to be told the transmission is shot, and it'll be 1800$. I'm really not sure about this, but I trust their judgement. It's supposedly all rusted in there, and the cable is stuck, and it's all one piece so everything needs to go. With labour and tax, total is 3200$. Ouch! Brought it over to a CAA-approved garage that specializes in transmissions for a second opinion. The guy put some lube, cranked it a few times, and presto! Like new! He then spent 2 hours in labour to open it up, get rid of some rust, lube the cable and all associated parts, and it's working great now. We will be going again in 2 weeks for a checkup making sure everything is in working condition, no charge. Hyundai Brossard = $3200 new transmission for a stuck shifter CAA-approved garage= $150 to remove some surface rust and lube everything So, Hyundai Brossard = get a second opinion before committing. They don't repair, they change parts, period. More
I brought my Santa Fe to fix a problem on the back door. When I went there by the end of the day to pick it up, there was a charge of $27.80 for a battery to the remote control that was perfectly working w When I went there by the end of the day to pick it up, there was a charge of $27.80 for a battery to the remote control that was perfectly working when I left it there. When I told them that I was never informed about that charge and there was no need to change the battery, the receptionist told me I could not have the car. I asked for the manager and he barely heard what she was saying and anticipated himself saying a big “NO, there is nothing to be done, if she does not pay it do not give her the car key”. The owner was right behind a column instructing them on what to tell me….. Seriously????? I buy a car that costs $25,000 and that is the way they treat me??? The minimum I would expect from them was to speak to me, not lead the receptionist from behind a column like two children. They really need more professionalism and politeness when dealing with clients. Was I less of a client just because I did not agree with something they did wrong??? More
