I took my 2017 F150 in to Brock Ford dealer to à oil change and then I asked Anna one of the service advisers to check on air conditioning. She have the truck for about one hour and she gave the bad new change and then I asked Anna one of the service advisers to check on air conditioning. My wife drove to pick up the truck and left me in the dealership Anna without a second though put me in one of cars .She said take the car and I will phone you when I am finished with the truck. Poor Customer service. If you're not a middle aged man, with some sense of mechanical knowledge, they will treat you like garbage!!! The service staff have no idea what goes on in the garage and if you ask with some sense of mechanical knowledge, they will treat you like garbage!!! The service staff have no idea what goes on in the garage and if you ask them a question about your vehicle they will just make up an answer like "we are waiting for parts." I have had multiple bad encounters with staff members and always leave feeling like a moron because that's how they make you feel if you question them AT ALL. Don't mistake their condescending attitude for niceness. More
