My mom has been dealing with John Bridges for 14 years. She has always had great service with them. Then she decides that she wants a new vehicle. Came in today just to visit the crew at Bridges, and without an appointment they offered to fix my recall. It’s was fixed in minutes. Can’t thank Grant and Brendan enough. My sales rep was very helpful and was not high pressure sales. Appreciated that a lot. The sales manager appraised my trade very low, actually was insulting so I sold it separately and received over $5000 sales. Appreciated that a lot. Coming up another $1500-$2000 I would have considered the trade deal with the dealership and sped up the deal process. The business manager was very good. Explained transaction well and was not high pressure sales. Very respectful to me. It would have been a nice touch to have been introduced to the service and parts dept managers/key people. When I need them I will need to find them. No idea where to find these depts right now. More explanation on delivery of the various features of the car would be nice rather than having to search my manual to figure things out such as asking me if I wanted the seat memory function done on delivery with me. That would have personalized the car for me. Perhaps the sales rep could have had a check off list of features to mention as there is many features on this vehicle. I feel I will need to experiment a lot yet to figure things out. For example, it seems the car is using my phone data and not the data it comes with on delivery. I installed the myChevrolet app yesterday and the warranty start date is over 7 months ago. Hope that can be corrected. I had asked when considering the vehicle if it had been a demo or "anything". I was told No. I now am wondering if it had been presold last Christmas and was returned. It would have been nice to have been told about this as I was wondering about the high mileage on it. I really will enjoy this vehicle. More
