Truck diagnostics & repair While on a X Canada trip my 2010 HD Silverado developed an ECM problem which caused temporary stalls. Made it to N.Battleford, Sask. and immediately t While on a X Canada trip my 2010 HD Silverado developed an ECM problem which caused temporary stalls. Made it to N.Battleford, Sask. and immediately took my truck to Bridges kChev Buick GMC for help. Joe Carriere, the service consultant fit me in right away and in a short while traced the problem to the ECM . He found an ECM unit in the shop and Brendan Holstein installed it, took the truck on a test run and had me on my way within an hour or so. It is rare that one sees this kind of service! If my vehicle ever needed warranty work, it was booked in as soon as possible. And, if I needed a vehicle, one was provided for me from the lot to drive. I even was given from one of the staff members his own personnel vehicle to use.(thanks Grant) Where else does that happen. I would never consider letting Bridges down by shopping anywhere else. I will always be a loyal customer. I'm proud of my dealership. They truly go out of there way to put there customers first.
