I would say this dealership did a fantastic job in doing the work right the first time and they did good quality work. My only issue that I have with them is the “shop supplies” portion of the job costing the work right the first time and they did good quality work. My only issue that I have with them is the “shop supplies” portion of the job costing almost $60!!! I had the thermostats and outlet replaced, I provided all the parts including seals and my own antifreeze so the only “shop supplies they would have had to use is maybe a shot of cleaner option clean the parts before install which is not worth $60. I know that dealerships all charge shop supplies but it has been too normalized that they charge an insane amount on shop supplies when the actual shop supplies used is maybe a few dollars. They did a great job and I I will go back in the future but will mention the shop supplies to them. More
