Now that my free oil changes that I recieved when I bought my truck are done with, I have decided to take it elsewhere for service as prices are higher compared to other options on town. Nothing against the employees at Bridges, just prices jumped since the store was bought by the large auto group. I'll be back when/if I have any recalls or warranty issues. More
Great employees and service Almost 2 years ago I bought my very first brand new vehicle, 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 from Pete and had no problem at anytime. I had brought Almost 2 years ago I bought my very first brand new vehicle, 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 from Pete and had no problem at anytime. I had brought him a few stock numbers that I had prior deciding on buying from Bridges. There were only 2 out of the 4 still available, so we took my number 1 pick out for a test drive and Pete answered all my questions with no problems. After deciding that the truck was out of the price range I was willing to spend, Pete went and found another truck that was the same style that I wanted and that fit my price range. Even with it being a lower submodel it still had more features than what I was expecting and just as quiet and smooth as the higher submodel. Dealing with Duane and Wayne with the financing and paperwork went without a hitch. Wayne made sure he explained everything clearly before I agreed or disagreed. A great truck buying experience. I walked in to Bridges Chevrolet and was greeted with a friendly smile, a wave, and a "Hi." Lorne, the salesperson who eventually sold me the truck d I walked in to Bridges Chevrolet and was greeted with a friendly smile, a wave, and a "Hi." Lorne, the salesperson who eventually sold me the truck didn't get up from his office chair or rush over to pressure me to buy something. He simply made an offer of assistance if I needed it. I said that I was just looking around and that I might stop by after I looked around. He left me alone. When I did go to talk with him he asked me some questions so that he could get an idea about what I might be looking for. He made a couple of suggestions of a used truck and a new truck. He knew that I was also considering vehicles from two competitor dealerships and he seemed okay with that. He said several times that I need to get the right fit and a vehicle that I will be happy with no matter where I get it. He said, "You'll know when you find it." Again, no pressure. He gave me his number and said that I could call him if I have any more questions. I also gave him my number. The next day he called to ask if I had any questions or anything he could do to help me decide on a vehicle. He never said I should buy from him. Instead, he said that I should look around and call him if there is anything he can show me. I knew that he had bought a Canyon 2 days earlier, and he said that he really liked it. I saw him at the WalMart parking lot later on and asked to look in his new Canyon. He showed it to me. I popped in to see him later in the day and he pointed to a new Colorado on the showroom floor. I told him I was interested and he said that, if I wished, he would see if he could get a price break for me. I had been researching vehicles for the past several months and the truck was already a discounted promotion and it was already a very fair price. But he called me with a better price. In fact, he went back a couple of times and he called me the next day with no pressure. 3 days after I first dropped in, I drove away in a brand new Colorado happy with the buying experience and very happy that I bought it at a very fair price. I would certainly recommend Bridges Chevrolet in North Battled and I would certainly recommend Lorne Pollard as a salesperson. More

Jayna finance lady, was so hard working, informational about getting my loan, I've never seen someone work so hard, and get me approved so fast. Bridges is definitely a amazing place to visit. They all know how to serve you! They treat you with smiles, family like clients. Mayce was a great help setting up my on star! And Dwaune came out of his way and congratulated me, told me how awesome the Cruze was, and honestly he wasn't lying. I am so over whelmed with the service. Also Donald following up emailing me making sure I've got all I need. I highly and always will recommend bridges. And I was so happy how wonderful the warranties bridges offers. Given the family dynamic it has been difficult choosing a new vehicle and the sales staff have been both patient with our indecision and helpful in ensuring that we were thinking about everything our family needed when upgrading. Aside from meeting high expectations, it also consistently feels like they do so with care for us all and our family needs. We shopped around prior to purchasing our new vehicle and it was the caring service that brought us back to Bridges. More

We keep coming back because Pete is a pleasure to work with and the entire place is full of friendly and helpful people. The service is great and has a "small town feeling" which is really wonderful. I dealt with Jayna with the Finance part and she was very helpful, informative, friendly, and patient as she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Duane came in and congratulated me on my new vehicle as well as spoke with my father as he remembers him from when he's came in other times. He is very friendly and you can tell that his customers are important to him and he wants to see them happy. More
