Even though I was not there to purchase I was greeted by the friendly staff by name. It was while I was waiting for my friend to finish the paperwork that Pete told me of the perfect truck for me which was in back shop. Months previous I had told Pete exactly what truck/options I would be interested in. needless to say it was exactly what I had wanted. Saturday morning I signed the papers and drove my new, perfect for me truck off the lot. A stranger's acceptance into a large Family I stopped at Bridges Chevrolet Buick GMC , in North Battle ford to receive a quote on the repair of my 2003 Chevrolet one ton which requires the repla I stopped at Bridges Chevrolet Buick GMC , in North Battle ford to receive a quote on the repair of my 2003 Chevrolet one ton which requires the replacement of the internal injectors. The service writer introduced himself as Jeff. My first impression was the Jeff was tentative to my concerns and would assist me following the Dealerships policies. Jeff took my to parts and introduced me to Larry who firstly checked out the pricing of the parts required. He looked at me and stated he would talk to his Manager Todd. Upon Larry's return he suggested to have the shop Foreman Brandon come in to insure that all parts requirements would be covered so as to enable no hidden costs for required parts.. Brandon a knowledgeable and personable young man reviewed the parts requirement for the job and Larry brought up the completed parts list and pricing. Larry then informed me of a cost reduction both in the injector's as well as a percentage off all parts, which I had not anticipated or asked for, resulting in a surprisingly substantial reduction. Todd appeared in the department and I shook his hand and thanked him for the consideration I was being given. Todd stated that it was c dealership policy to assist all customers in any way possible. Brandon then returned and took the costs and took the price quote and left. I was back in service when Brandon re appeared and stated the his Manger Grant had given him permission to again give me a reduction in hourly cost for the job referenced to him. Based on the attitude of all personnel involved in my quote and the substantial cost reduction I stated that we will proceed with the repairs required. I live an hour from North Battle Ford and asked if they had a vehicle I could drive. I was informed by Jeff that all vehicles we committed and he would again Check with the Service manager. After a short time Jeff returned and brought forth a set of keys for a car. This occurred on a Thursday after noon of the long weekend. I left the dealership and drove home. During my drive home I received a phone call from Jeff stating that my vehicle would not be ready until Thursday or Friday of the following week. I thanked him. On Thursday I received a phone call from Brandon informing me that my truck would be ready by noon tomorrow. I thanked Brandon and told him I would be there . Upon my arrival I was directed to a young lady by the name of CJ. She obtained my bill and directed me to the front area and introduced me to Carolyn , another young woman with a very caring attitude and pleasant de miner . Upon review of the bill I mentioned that it was higher than my quote. SJ asked me to wait a moment while she clarified the amount. Upon CJ's return she was smiling and gave me my bill which was the exact of the quote. I paid my account and asked to speak with the leader of the Dealership. I was introduced to Duane Lasreniere, the General Manager. Our conversation allowed me to express the following thoughts: All of the personnel I had encountered during my vehicle repairs were, Respectful, Courteous, Understanding, Communicative and all with a De meaner to Accomplish the fulfill meant of my request. Duane that he was very pleased that all of his personnel are part of the Dealership family and attained the goal of attaining a successful repair to the customer's satisfaction and that they feel appreciated in dealing with Bridges Chevrolet Buick GMC Dealership. Im all of my years dealing with people within the service industry I have never met a more phenomenal, knowledgeable, consistently more communicative, thoughtful or courteous personnel then the family I have become a part of now and in the future for my needs for my vehicle servicing or maintenance needs then that of Duane's wonderful family at Bridges Chevrolet Buck GMC Dealership.
