My concern is the service I got by calling the call center. I spoke to 2 people and 24 hours later have received no call back. The dealership had no record of any calls I’d made to the call center. Bridges Gm made purchasing our Yukon xl such a great experience. I felt that our vehicle we traded was very fairly appraised and the Yukon we bought was exactly what they told us it would be. The staff were all very polite, willing to help in any way they could because they generally wanted to make sure we were looked after. I have been to other dealerships that all they want is to buy low and sell high and don’t care about the customer. This was not the case at Bridges in North Battleford . More

Service department is crap, waiting almost a month for a call part came in, which was in Edmonton and was told it would take 3 days. Was initially told they can do the work on a Saturday,because I work Mond call part came in, which was in Edmonton and was told it would take 3 days. Was initially told they can do the work on a Saturday,because I work Monday to Friday, now am told they can't??? xxx...Can't ever get in for an oil change for at least a week and a half any time I call, so off to their competitors I go.
