Stacey Silver was my sales person and she was fantastic, very professional and made sure I was getting everything on the truck I needed and requested. She also made sure I was introduced to all the team members that I would be dealing with down the line from financing to the service department. When I went to pick it up this morning she took the time to make sure I was happy with the truck and went over all the working gadgets and gauges in the vehicle. All done with a huge smile. This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased here and it's the friendly atmosphere and being treated like one of the family is the reason I keep coming back. Salesman Jasen Bellamy happened to be out in the lot when we were walking around and with previous experiences with car salesmen, we were a little hesitant as we did not want high pressure sales pitches. Jasen put us at ease instantly (he is very easy going and none of that "high pressure talk"); brought the truck over to us to view and test drive. After experiencing the test drive and loving the truck instantly, Jasen helped us with our purchase price - we were fortunate enough to pick the month of June with Bridge City offering 0% finance - and helped us with our added options that we wanted with the truck purchase. He was very respectful of our decisions, our requests and because we live an hour away from Lethbridge, he was very helpful in arranging the appointments for our added options so that we could have them added on in one day and not have to keep driving back and forth. We were treated more like a friend than just another customer and every staff member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in the details and decisions in the purchase of the truck. Leanne Anderson did an amazing job of explaining the financing process and answering our questions so that we could understand clearly every detail. We were introduced to the Service Department and they were very welcoming as well. The lovely Receptionist at the entrance always had a smile and a hello for us. The whole experience was such a pleasure - a pleasant surprise for us! I can honestly say this was the very first time we felt so relaxed at a vehicle dealership and felt like we were respected in our decision making. We ordered a spray-on liner for the box and side rails and everything was done in a timely manner and the end results are excellent, along with the detailing! The truck looks great and rides great - we couldn't be happier with the whole process of purchasing this vehicle!
