Service has really dropped off. I have bought two vehicles here in the last there years but I think those will be my last. The service department has really went down hill. I was walking around the lot when I was approached by Tiffany and she was very personable, not pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable being there. After listening to my wants and needs for a truck, we took one for a test drive and had a great chat along the way. I waited a few days and came to the conclusion that the truck I drove was not the one for me but instead of pushing it on me, she worked with me to find a truck that was beyond perfect. She knew what I was looking for as she was always engaged in our conversation and listened to every word. Tiffany was a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone as you can expect first class treatment, a pressure and stress free environment and a smooth and fun experience. I myself hope she will be there for many years as I plan to return to her for my next vehicle when the time comes. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole as the atmosphere was professional and although I was dealing with Tiffany, everyone else there made me feel welcome.
