Thank you for responding, it is unfortunate that it took a public complaint such as this in order to get an attempt at a resolution to the issue. If you had simply admitted your "mistake" and processed the numbers properly nothing negative would have come of this, you would have gained another customer and I would currently be awaiting the arrival of my new truck from your dealership. Instead you chased away what could have been a long term relationship (I usually upgrade every 2 to 3 years). Since this all happened(it gave me some extra time to re-evaluate my position) I have decided against buying a half-ton pickup(nothing to do with your actual price or the discrepancy in finance calculations). Its just I have always had one ton diesels, the Cummins reliability is unsurpassed (I have owned 8 of them since 1997) and the VM Motori 3.0l V6 has yet to prove itself.

There is nothing further to discuss unless you can show me in clear, plain math, that my review is in error. If you can prove to me that your (John Gerlock and John Arnoldussen) figures are correct I will quite happily retract this review. I provided the same figures and explanations(emails and text messages) of how the costs were calculated to my wife to double check and she came to the same totals as I did. At which time I did ask your sales team to prove me wrong on the calculations, as I am not perfect either, and got no response which is as good as admitting their error. I have no interest in renewing a deal on a new 1/2ton truck at this time.
