I have been to other dealerships around the lethbridge area and been pushed, bullied and all for the name of a sale. At Bridge city the professionalism and friendliness my wife and I received was great. Shawn smith in finance was great worked and fought for us not the dealership, Paul Crapo was very product knowledgeable and showed my wife and I all the features of the vehicle. And if we had questions he would take the time to answer them with respect and honesty. I would highly recommend these two professionals to anyone. My family will be back 100% Great Job Guy's More

Extremely helpful, wasn't pushy. My wife and I came in looking to buy a new truck. I had been looking for a while at other dealerships and had horrible experiences with all of them (v My wife and I came in looking to buy a new truck. I had been looking for a while at other dealerships and had horrible experiences with all of them (very pushy), so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when we came in. Heinrich was able to give me everything I wanted and more for a fantastic price and I never felt like I was pushed into buying something I didn't want. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I strongly suggest seeing Heinrich at Bridge City Chrysler. He is fantastic to deal with and we will definitely be going back to him for our next vehicle. More

THIEVES!!!!!! I was dealing on a new 1/2ton EcoDiesel that was going to need to be factory ordered due to the options I wanted, which was no problem, for them or my I was dealing on a new 1/2ton EcoDiesel that was going to need to be factory ordered due to the options I wanted, which was no problem, for them or myself. The prices they quoted were good enough (after a couple of changes to what I wanted added at the dealership) that I was willing to sign on the dotted line. They requested a $1000 partial payment(or as the rest of the world calls it, a down payment), to which I replied I wanted to see ALL of the numbers written down and calculated out -before I sign anything- which they did, only when I punched them into my calculator it turned out that they were ADDING the down payment into the financing instead of deducting it, this would put an extra $2000 (the $1000 I gave them plus the extra $1000 they added into the amount financed) into their pockets and out of mine. When I questioned this I was told that they no longer had any room in their factory order allocation (I'm fairly sure the factory will let you order as many trucks as you can sell) and that the deal was "not working out for either of us". Like I said the prices before financing were fair, once they listened to what I said I wanted, but the fraud with the money makes me want to warn everyone about their business practices and to double check the numbers before signing.
