Because of this I went back to the BridgeCity when I mad I had previously dealt with Clarence Belter in 2009, and he was absolutely excellent with us. Because of this I went back to the BridgeCity when I made the decision to get another vehicle. I was very nervous about the process as I had previously always had help from family in making these decisions, and I have also had very negative experiences with dealerships. Once Heinrich started helping me I became extremely comfortable. Heinrich made sure that he understood what I was looking for and what my needs were so that he could make sure that I was put in a vehicle that was right for me. He explained the entire process from start to finish and made sure that I fully understood everything about my vehicle. I fully beleive that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, and treated me more than fairly. My experience with Paul Crapo in the finance department was equally fantastic. Paul was very accomodating with his time and was more than helpful with the process, ensuring that I fully understood what we were doing and making sure that the finance options were in my best interest. Both Heinrich and Paul made this process seamless, and overall it was an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them. More

Was quick and enjoyable.... I started over 1 year ago looking for trucks. Talked a lot with Paul over email and did a few test drives. It didn't work out. Over the course of the next year I would contact Paul looking at inventory options and negotiate a few more times. Even thought this sale of my 2016 Ram 2500 CTD took well over 1 year to finally pull the trigger Paul was always helpful and willing to answer my many, many questions. While in negotiations for this truck Paul was transferred to Financial Services so I was put into touch will Ross. While not working with him as long he was also easy to deal with and answered my questions quickly via email. Negotiations took a while but we finally got the deal signed and I went home with my new truck! Chris was involved and sold me a great warranty and a great price and he was very easy to deal with and most of the finance stuff was handled over the phone/email and was great to work with them all!
