I initially went to Bridge City Chrysler for the Family Fun Festival but was instantly impressed with the exceptional customer service and remarkable I initially went to Bridge City Chrysler for the Family Fun Festival but was instantly impressed with the exceptional customer service and remarkable amount of inventory. Ross Paulovich immediately came to my assistance when I was trying to find my way to the festival activities but not only did he personally deliver my friend and I to the correct place via a fun golf cart trip through the parking lot, he also showed us around the dealership and the great selection of vehicles. Ross really listened to my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me, exactly what I wanted, everything that was on my "must have" list with a few extras and nothing that I did not want. Ross sat down with me and went through the dealership inventory and had a tremendous amount of knowledge on all of the makes and models and the differences between them. He is very patient and kind and not a high-pressure salesman. He truly wanted to find the right fit for me as I was looking to transition into a different type of vehicle. I got a great deal on the vehicle and even won some prizes as a bonus! When I went into the dealership to pick-up the vehicle, I was shown around and introduced to other team members from other service departments.
