Purchasing a newer vehicle I contacted Ross via the internet sales. Due to circumstances we were left with no vehicle to use during the day. Ross contacted me and I explained wh I contacted Ross via the internet sales. Due to circumstances we were left with no vehicle to use during the day. Ross contacted me and I explained what we were looking for in detail. I explained that I was looking for someone in who we could trust to find us a vehicle without us going from place to place. Within a couple of days Ross had found us a vehicle, the only problem was we were not able to go look at it right away. To hold the vehicle they wanted way more than we were able to handle, they asked how much we could afford and then they okayed our amount. I then spoke with Srecko who helped with the financing and all other details. When we were able to go and see the vehicle, we were extremely happy. At this point we finished the deal with Paul. We would highly recommend Bridge City and Ross to any and all of our friends. Since purchasing our Jeep we have had questions which Ross has helped us out with. He has always available whenever I have called. Also the service department has been quick at helping us with a few minor software upgrades that we have needed. My husband and I appreciate the shuttle to get him home and back each time. More
