Amazing customer service. In my eyes what I see at Brentridge Ford Wetaskiwin is customer comes first. I bought a truck there 8 months ago and wasent satisfied with the truck itself so they went out of there way to put me in something I feel more comfortable in. Couldn't get approval without putting some money down but just went through a divorce so they nicely went out of their way to get me approved and in a vehicle I feel better in. Stay away , stay far, far away from these clowns!!!! Can't put two and two together on a good day. First purchase price calculations were incorrect and then between the time we put our electronic purchase price in on a vehicle, it took 48 hours for a response. Not going to chase someone down for our business!!!! The we find out the unit we were purchasing had an additional 2000+ kms put on it before we even got to the sales signing stage........a very disappointing experience overall. More
