TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- bullied by management! My husband was looking for a vehicle and was interested in a 2018 Dodge journey (new). He decided to put down a deposit, a few days later we decided that due to personal reasons we weren't interested in making the purchase. We spoke to 2 managers and were basically told that we would not be refunded the deposit (fine) but they basically bullied us saying that we have to take the car, that's it. One manager even had a shouting match with me in front of my child! We spoke to a friend of ours who is a lawyer who advised that we have the option of walking away from the deal and of course forfeiting the deposit as per the contract. Do not make the mistake of going to this dealership. If I could give negative ratings I would. More

No knowledge on the product and pushy My husband and I attended this dealership looking to purchase a jeep. We got a sales person who took us on a test drive but admitted himself he knew n My husband and I attended this dealership looking to purchase a jeep. We got a sales person who took us on a test drive but admitted himself he knew nothing about the jeep. He just kept saying the transmission was "bullet proof" but couldn't specify how. He also couldn't figure out how to put the back seat down. When we went in to look at pricing, he needed to open a file to see what his log on and password were to even get into the program. Once he was finally able to sign into the program, he had no idea how to use it and had no idea what any of the features actually were. He also told us to give him our credit card so that he could show his boss that we were "serious" about buying the jeep. We said that we would not give him our credit card but he kept insisting and saying that he wasn't going to charge it just show his boss we were serious. At this point my husband and I said we were going to step outside to discuss it. We both agreed that there was no way we were going to buy anything from this sales person as he had no idea what he was doing or what we actually wanted. My husband went back inside to thank them for their time while I waited in our car. He was in there for about 3 minutes and when he came to the car he was mad. It turns out that the manager told him that he was confused by the sales person so that we must have been too. They tried to get him to sit down again to discuss details but he declined and attempted to leave. At this point, the sales person said in a condescending tone "I thought you were here to buy a jeep". That rubbed my husband the wrong way and he informed the guy that he was but that he had no idea what he was doing and there was no way we would purchase a vehicle from him. We ended up going to Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep where we had the pleasure of being helped by Sherry Eskes and Daina Miller. If you're looking to be treated like family and not insulted, go see these 2 fantastic women! More

Very pushy salesmen , less than honest tactics .Stay away !! I was there with my wife just looking for a used vehicle on Friday March 23rd 2017. We saw a couple of cars ,likes one of them but we had no intentio I was there with my wife just looking for a used vehicle on Friday March 23rd 2017. We saw a couple of cars ,likes one of them but we had no intention of buying anything at that point because we wanted to look around some more. The ''salesman'' there by the name of Arun asked me to make an offer anyway and asked for my driver's licence and credit card. I found that suspicious so I gave him only my driver's licence. He took it along with my written offer to the manager's office. Then he insisted I increase my offer.I kept on saying no because I really had no intention of buying that vehicle or any other vehicle that day since I really wanted to look around some more. I had to fight with them for a good 10 minutes to get my driver's licence back !! And then he had the audacity to call me the next day to ask me if I was still interested in that car, I told him never to call me again and promised him that ''the market will pay him accordingly, people are not stupid.'' Bottom line : don't go there and if you do be prepared to get pushed around and pressured with dirty tactics.I cringe to think what would have happened had I given him my credit card!!! More

Had only 40k kilometers and looked to be in good condition, no scratches, blemishes etc. 3 weeks later the engine light came on. The person who sold me the car assured me it was under warrant. It went off a few days later so I thought it may be the gas cap or something irrelevant. Light came back on a month later. It was not under warranty, $2,000 to fix the engine only 2 months after purchasing the car. Wish I had known this is how they operate as they were no help, and ended up screwed out of 2k. More

He promised that he could get my a van with what I was looking for and in white. I gave them a $1000.00 deposit and signed the bill of sale. I heard nothing from the dealership after a few days. I had continuously call them to find out if they got me a van. They finally told me that there were no 2016 vans in white available anywhere.
