Excellent service and communication from the service department and staff. Only have a tiny complaint, i thought the environmental fee for disposal of old oil, filter and rags etc was a bit high plus th department and staff. I’ve had great experiences with this dealership in the past for service, but the last time I left disappointed. I came in to have my brakes inspected for a noise that I was hearing and to have and AC leak past for service, but the last time I left disappointed. I came in to have my brakes inspected for a noise that I was hearing and to have and AC leak inspected. They were able to resolve the problem with the AC, but I was told that they couldn’t hear the problem with the brakes, and upon inspection everything looked good. I was charged for a brake inspection.The sound was still there after I left. I ended up taking my vehicle to a different mechanic where they lubed the sliders and this resolved the problem. This seems like it would’ve been a simple fix, but I feel that the service was rushed on this one. More
