I had my 2020 Honda Passport in for service on Wednesday April 23 and the service on the car was fine however, my wife was made to wait for 30minutes just to pay her bill was outrageous. The car was ready at 2pm my wife was there to pick it up at 2:00pm but was told by the service adviser “Trevor” to wait 30 minutes because he was with a customer. My wife was fuming mad, some else could have cashed her out “not impressed at all” it’s a matter effect I just might take my business somewhere else like “Cambridge “Honda” they are only 7km away. My wife deserved a much better treatment because we are customers for over 25 years. Really really disappointed. More

Everything was fine except rReception and the person answering the service department were rude and not at all helpful. It took me 6 phone calls. I was cut off, passed to the wrong department 6x.
