This was my first time buying a car from a dealership on my own. I was referred to Scott from Honda who helped me from beginning to end. He kept communication open and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I was able to take my time and test drive as many vehicles as I liked in order to get the feel of the vehicle that was right for me. I wanted to add an extended warranty on the car I chose so he set me up with Krista who works in the office there, and she was just as wonderful. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood all of the details I would be signing off on. When I picked up the car it was waiting for me all shiny with a big red bow. I felt like a VIP from beginning to end. Thanks to Scott and Krista I feel confident in my purchase and my son and I absolutely love our Subaru Crosstreck. Horrible. Bought truck and the transmission needed to be completely replaced after a few months.
