Could not be more pleased. As a preface, I am a cheap guy, and refuse to pay retail for nearly everything I buy. When I first inquired about a pre-owned 2011 Mitsubishi RVR I As a preface, I am a cheap guy, and refuse to pay retail for nearly everything I buy. When I first inquired about a pre-owned 2011 Mitsubishi RVR I doubt highly Colton and Bobby knew what they were in for, I am not an easy sell, and Colton and Bobby worked exceptionally hard (despite making it look easy) for my business. I was firstly impressed by the speed of Colton's response to my inquiry. I am a very casual guy, so I found Colton to be more courteous than I am familiar. I showed up with a friend for a quick test drive before an active evening of events. The vehicle was pulled upfront, washed before my arrival, and Colton was quick to get onto the testdrive. This demonstrated Colton's respect for my time, and his efficiency as a Sales Professional ( I don't use this word lightly) When it came to the numbers, I informed Colton that I was considering a number of vehicles and this was a consideration (This was a lie, I loved it). I asked for some starting numbers and should I proceed I will come and beat him up over the price next week. At this time I was also dealing with a wholesaler who was scouring the dealer auctions for the Mitsubishi RVR and the Subaru Forester. Needless to say the price I received was better than I found the DEALERS buying at the auction. Buy time came the following Wednesday. I attended the dealer with my father as moral support, we test-drove the vehicle a final time and he soon realized I had things under control as the numbers negotiations went underway. I took about 3 hours to get a price I was happy paying. Poor Colton could skip the gym with the workout I gave him back and forth to Bobby's office. As things got closer Bobby came out to kick me out of the dealership with my hard-grinding. I negotiated a little further and we came to a deal, to the dismay of their profit. Upon delivery of the vehicle there was a dent which I failed to notice during previous viewings (My father pointed them out when he looked the vehicle up online in the pictures). These are going to be fixed on my first service appointment this coming Tuesday. (This appointment is on-the-house) Before the delivery I stole some winter tires w/ rims I found on Kijiji for $300, and they swapped them on delivery day free of charge. I could not have been happier with my buying experience at Brampton Mitsubishi and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Do yourself a favor and experience the same quality service I received and visit Brampton Mitsubishi during your vehicle search, you WILL NOT be disappointed. More
