Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful, but we felt very comfortable working with Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated that Chris was not aggressive in approach, but allowed us to explore the vehicle at our own pace and readily answered our questions. It speaks to the quality of the product that it essentially sells itself, but Chris ensured that we explored and were aware of all features and options. Chris was very helpful on delivery of the vehicle getting us set up and we appreciated the time he spent going over the important features to get us on the road. Though we did not purchase the extended warranty, Ricky did a good job of explaining our options. Everyone from reception to the final sale were friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience has been very positive. After spending seven months looking for a new vehicle and meeting a variety of sales people in different dealerships, we would highly recommend working with Chris at Bramgate VW for a new vehicle purchase.
