Excellent - Friendly and exceptional customer service I recently purchased a new Jetta from Bramgate Volkswagen. It was my first purchase from this dealership and my family's second (since then my family I recently purchased a new Jetta from Bramgate Volkswagen. It was my first purchase from this dealership and my family's second (since then my family has purchased a third VW from Bramgate). We have dealt with Oscar for all three purchases and have found him to be friendly, personable and professional. During my purchase he helped to guide me through the TDI buyback process. The whole process took longer than planned, but he ensured that I received the increased incentives offered by VW Canada. During my delivery while Oscar and I were setting up Android Auto we encountered some difficulties. Oscar offered to try to find a friend or colleague with an Android phone and to try and sort out the problem on his car and then get back to me with an answer. To me that was going well above and beyond the customer service I had received during my previous automobile purchases at other dealerships. We have always found Hugh and Joanne very congenial. Hugh was instrumental in my decision, and later my sister's, to deal with Bramgate during the TDI buyback process. Even though I was getting significantly more for my TDI than what I owed on it, how the settlement was structured I would have been required to personally pay a few thousand dollars towards my TDI. Hugh worked it into my deal. From talking to fellow TDI owners and the Canadian 2.0L TDI Facebook group, that is something that few dealers seemed to be willing to do and allowed me to take advantage of the tax savings on the trade-in, which saved me a couple thousand dollars. Joanne called me a couple of days before my settlement trade-in to ensure that everything I wanted done to the car would be finished and to let me know the final settlement and purchase terms of my new vehicle. During the settlement she offered advice that helped speed up the process. On a final note to anyone who wishes to purchase and/or service their car at Bramgate. All three members of my family would highly recommend Kyle in the service department. He provides exceptional customer service and is one of the main reasons we continue to service all of our cars at Bramgate. More

WOW- extraordinary service end to end Certainly, I am not one to be super impressed, though after dealing with another competitive vehicle brand for 8 years and not feeling "the love"; the Certainly, I am not one to be super impressed, though after dealing with another competitive vehicle brand for 8 years and not feeling "the love"; the experience end to end with VW was what I would call extraordinary. I was shopping around to make an informed decision on my next vehicle based on my family needs and also service. The flow between Francesco and Joanne was impressive. They both were very responsive to all my questions, available via in person, phone, email, text (even after hours). After shopping the other vehicles, the price was competitive in the range I was looking for but VW came in #1 (by far). Both Joanne and Francesco were able to introduce us to their service department, test drive while explaining features and provided us with details on an extra insurance package in which we purchased, without feeling of "up-sale"... I never felt once the sales pressure throughout the process, which is for me a HUGE PLUS! Way to go VW... as I can now say "I LOVE MY VW"! After driving it for a couple of weeks, the AllTrack is a great addition to our family! More

Regret Buying from this Dealership Bought a car on Friday was suppose to be delivered Tuesday (4 days after). The finance lady made me feel like was buying junk by telling me what could Bought a car on Friday was suppose to be delivered Tuesday (4 days after). The finance lady made me feel like was buying junk by telling me what could go wrong with the vehicle. That she worked at ford before and knows whats faulty and I should buy there extended warranty for a absurd amount of money. I was called on the Monday by the sales manager and was told the delivery might be delayed due to a crack on the mirror until Wednesday to wait for a call to confirm. I was called on Tuesday 2 hours before pick up to say it wasn't ready and also the same thing happened on Wednesday. Then Thursday I was called again by the sale manager only 1 HOUR before pick up and he finally explained that part was coming from the states and it might be in Friday (Mind you that I switch over my insurance for the Tuesday (pickup date) day after I bought the vehicle)... I also live a 1 and 1/2 hrs away from this dealership so calling me and hour before I'm suppose to pick the vehicle is unacceptable. The sales manager offered me a rental free of charge for Friday until my vehicle was ready after he asked how my current vehicle was and I told him is has no insurance because I switch it to the vehicle being purchased since Tuesday. I pick up the rental after work on the Friday and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING inside. It was given to me not vacuumed, with used napkins left inside and split drinks left all over it. My girlfriend refused to sit in it because is was that gross especially on the passenger side. I was told on Friday that the part came in and the car would be ready for Monday (6 days after said delivery date). I come in Monday give them back there disgusting rental. My sales guy wasn't there (apparently miscommunication) so someone else completed the paper work. They charge $250 for tire warranty (ride green certify) and then tell me its something they offer. The car was given to me with some stains on the headliner and some make-up like lipstick left on the sun visor. I also asked for my $1000 deposit to be refunded so I could put a down payment. My receipt says the refund was approved but i called my credit card company and it doesn't show a refund even 5 business days after or even on my statement. I was also told that there vehicles sold at this dealership come with a 6 month/20,000 km warranty but I don't see that on any of the paper work. I would never recommend or go back to this dealership... except for the fact that I'm forced to go now find out what is going on with my refund. More
