My car was not ready to be delivered My car was delivered with a "Oil Change Due" service reminder appearing which no one noticed during the delivery process (except me). The car was My car was delivered with a "Oil Change Due" service reminder appearing which no one noticed during the delivery process (except me). The car was delivered without an owner's manual that was supposed to be mailed to me (but still hasn't shown up more than a week after delivery). My car has wheel locks installed but the key is nowhere to be found, which means that I can't put on my snow tires or change a flat. The tire change kit was thrown under the cargo floor with the spare tire, and not in the compartment on the driver's side where it belongs. Bramgate had several days to prepare my car for delivery. I am very disappointed with the poor effort put in. More
