Bramgate Volkswagen

I would have to pay almost $100 to remove 4 nuts Had a warranty service done recently at Bramgate, few weeks later noticed that my lock nut key for the rim was missing from the trunk when I try to ch Had a warranty service done recently at Bramgate, few weeks later noticed that my lock nut key for the rim was missing from the trunk when I try to change to snow tires. 15 phone calls later, found out that this key cannot be replaced on its own. I can't really proof that the key was remove by Bramgate so the decision is to remove this stupid lock nuts. Bramgate VW was the only dealer in GTA would even consider giving me a quick appointment to deal with this issue, nuts were removed and the bills would have been just shy of $100, crazy price to pay to remove 4 nuts Manager Paul was willing to listen and gave me credit for future service, after my experiences with other VW dealers, I understand why Bramgate is number one in Ontario.
