I had been looking for a new vehicle for a little while. I had been going on line to view and build out various models. The VW Jetta fit everything that we needed. My wife and I were in Brampton at our gra I had been going on line to view and build out various models. The VW Jetta fit everything that we needed. My wife and I were in Brampton at our grandsons hockey game and we decided to stop in at Bramgate to have a look at a real Jetta. Immediately upon entry into the showroom, we met Wayne Bassett. He was friendly, courteous and after a brief discussion of what we were doing he found a set of keys and allowed us to take a test drive in a Jetta that was in the parking lot. Upon our return he asked how we liked the vehicle, we said it was great and we would get back to him. I received a follow up voice message from Wayne, I stopped in to see him the next Thursday and purchased our Jetta. Wayne went through all the information on the purchase, do we want to finance or pay cash, trade in value. He explained everything in detail so that we understood everything. We agreed on the vehicle, signed the paperwork and the next Saturday picked up our new car. At that time, Wayned spent enough time with us in the vehicle to go over everything about the vehicle and answer any and all of our questions. At no time did he rush us to do anything, from purchasing to delivery, all was done with a very professional and genuine caring attitude. I will highly recommend this dealership and Wayne to any and all of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More
